I see EFK Fire Dragon makes barrels for the 42 and 43.
New products, no mention of barrel lengths but they come in regular, threaded, and ported.

Lone Wolf makes a threaded one as well but they are a little short. Perhaps they would make a one that is a little longer.
irg should have someone for barrels, im assuming same people for the glock 43?

Girlfriend has tiny hands so everything I have is too big for her, but stopped by a gun shop in the states and the little sub-compact single stacks fit her great.
