It comes with the flashhider and external thread protector.
Mag extension - They could be using an old stock image from when they were 5+1.
For the last few years these guns for the most part are 7+1. I would call FF and have them check for you.

The gun comes with both a flash hider and threaded protector. The gun is 7 + 1 capacity out of the box. We currently do not import mag extensions to increase capacity past 7 + 1.
MPA-TS = Semi auto with telescopic stock

7+1 in a semi would be illegal. (assuming we're talking about a real 7+1, not a 5rd 3.5" model that happens to fit 7 2 3/4" shells.)
