    No, legal advice from qualified legal counsel. The insurance company doesn't provide the legal advice. When you call the claims line you're simply asked what type of law you have questions about and then you're connected with a legal firm that can help you.

    I would recommend you call the legal Defence line and speak to one of our lawyers to get an official answer on that specific situation. I will say that this program was designed to protect legal gun owners who follow the law ( firearms act ) and get charged anyways.
