They are supposed to be gen2, so yeah they are welded, I think you can send the trigger pack to cz for one that's not..

Thats a firm negative until we get laws changed. Expect the same for all future rulings of "pistol" versions of rifles and smg's.

Does the welded screw only apply to cz usa scorpions? I just picked up my brand new scorpion, came with the gen2 mags but the trigger pack screw is not welded.
