We've completed the move of our offices and have had a lot of requests for pick-ups so.........we are now offering this option.
If you would like to pick your order up instead of us shipping it, here's what to do.
Place your order on-line as before (remember our inventory is live and controlled by the website)
It will show you your order total including shipping costs.
Put a note in the comments section of your order saying you want to pick your order up.
When we process your order we will remove the shipping costs and recalculate your total.
We will collect the payment and email you a copy of your paid invoice. All orders must be paid in full before you can arrange the pick-up.
Once this is done we'll arrange a time for you to come pick it up. Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM but the website is open for business 24/7.
You'll be picking up at our offices and not the warehouse so you won't be able to add anything to your order or pick anything else up while you are here.
