Haha imagine the look on the wildlife officers face if they saw someone using that to hunt with

It was fun for a few shots but after a while you just get tired of lifting 16 pounds over your shoulder for one shot. I'm sure it would be more fun with tracers, which was something that I never got a hold of while I had it.

seeing as torched rpg-7 are going for 4 grand, I don't see a kit like this being cheaper than 8 to 10.

Depending on what you want for a package, it would roughly be anywhere from $7500-$10,000

The manufacturers of rimfire binary targets state that a minimum of 1000fps is needed to detonate them. When I tested the Czech PUS-7 sub-cal it had a muzzle velocity of around 900fps, and would only further drop velocity at 100m, so it wouldn't meet manufacturers recommendations. Granted I never tested shooting a rimfire binary target with the standard PUS-7, so it may work. Additionally, rimfire binary targets are sold by the 1/2 pound, which is extremely difficult to hit at the minimum distance of 100m away.

Also, with it rebarrelled, it is possible to hunt with it.
