I'm assuming the 13" models meet the 26" minimum OAL (or is it longer?), and the Cowboy is 5" longer than that?

Yes, of course, all non-restricted. Well over 26".

The Cowboy is specifically tooled for the requirements for CAS shooting.

Functioning hammers, or just cocking indicators? Looks like they're real...

Also...and this is asking a lot, but still...are these by any chance actual sidelocks like the Rossi Overland? Or are the sideplates just there for show?

Regardless of the answers to the above questions, these are terrific-looking guns.

My bandit showed up a few days early, very nice and just like the photos, beautifully made with the exception of the front forearm which is loose when installed, too bad really for such a neat little gun, ill take it apart and see if its repairable

    For outlaw, 3 question:

    1) does it has ejectors?
    2) it does not have auto safety (engages when you close action)?
    3) do hammers reset to ready when I open and close action?

If it is yes on all 3, I will buy one now

I second the no auto safety, but it's an ol' double barrel, I'd like a set of real function hammers for old school fun!
