Doesn't matter. According to the rcmp, if a competitor came up with a tuf22-charger pistol that uses the tuf22 mags, then the mags will hav been retroactively designed for pistols, therefore prohibited. If the tuf22 fits into a charger stock, all that's needed is to cut the barrel and submit the monstrosity for an FRT, and there you go, back to square 1.

Why the hell should it matter if a magazine design created in 1964 and then a pistol created to use those magazines in 2007, 43 years later, suddenly require the magazines to be considered 'designed to be dual-purpose' and this be pinned to a maximum of 10 rounds as per pistol regulations?

I think what Dlask Arms is doing is AMAZING!!! I am evening thinking of buying a barrelled TUF-22 action to replace the 10/22 heavy barrel I have (already upgraded trigger). However, it's going to really pi$$ me off it to invest in half a dozen 25 round magazines that will have to be pinned to 10 rounds as well because the RCMP decides it matters.

I am asking for an answer to the devil's advocate question to be considered so we don't all get f#&ked over by the RCMP yet again.

At the very least so I know if my whole 10/22 is only going to swap over the upgraded bolt and trigger, and not the stock.
