I thought these mags were getting sold through distributors and not direct from dlask?
Or is this to support the rifles sold?

You get one mag with the rifle so those who have already bought are owed a magazine from Dlask. Yet to be delivered.

If they're not a big company, they shouldn't make big promises.
There are all sorts of small companies (Colonel Mustard, Corwin Arms, etc) that don't do a ton of business but still answer e-mails.
