Found a leupold rifleman 2-7 x33 on sale at a local gun store. Almost 50% off. Just wondering if this will be good for a Ruger 10/22?

Beyond the parallax issues at short range should be fine.
If you really like it but have issues with the short range parallax.....you could get it adjusted by leupold.
Our Government trusts rivets more then law abiding gun owners.
