    • Lever action with Wild West Guns style big loop finger lever; side ejection; solid-top receiver; stainless steel; tough FNC black finish, hammer block safety
    • Green laminate pistol grip stock with black webbing; deluxe recoil pad; swivel studs
    • 18.5" barrel with deep-cut Ballard-type rifling (6 grooves)

    Did they ever sort out their QC issues? I looked at an SBL a couple of years ago and it was... rough, to say the least.

    I had a big long talk with Eric, the GM for Marlin. He said the QC issues were caused by worn out machines, tools and dies. Marlin has bought all brand new equipment to build these rifles on. That's why it took so long for them to come to market. These were actually released in 2015.
