Do you think the people that have parts kits that have to be sent in and rebuilt will be able to have them completed before the Liberals implement their grandiose engraving plan or a registry, by a different name like getting vendors to keep track and submit records.

Just Curious because Kodiak seems to be turning out lots of new product. Wondering where time for the Kodiak /CZ 858 spartan fits in?

I ask because I see Goodale is preparing to anounce changes before year end.

I have to agree. They certainly do !
I'm super pleased with mine. The Canadian Edition wood furniture is better than I expected. Nice wood grain on mine. Just out of curiosity, I'd love to know what kind of wood was used for these Canadian edition stocks if anyone has a clue? Another plus, Kodiak matched that original bluish-grey finish from the CZ barrel and receiver cover quite nicely. Well done. It's a bonus having yet another maple leaf on the receiver now too. Yeah, it's not totally Czech/CZ anymore, but if life hands you lemons, make lemonaide. It's a great looking rifle. ;-D
    Cheers.

Yes, I received mine too, definitely a great looking rifle, the wood furniture feels really good in hand and the receiver is well finished.

I made a photo comparison with the WR762 and the CZ858 in the Red Rifles forum. If anyone is on the fence still, feel free to check it out and decide.
