Hey Ryan. May be a dumb question but I haven't had a .308 semi. Is there any issues running these with 180gr bullets? Or would it be too hard on the system.

No issues. Barrel twist rate is 1 in 10" so it will stabilize them no problem.

I was more concerned about it being hard on the gas system or the bolt slamming back harder during cycling. I have read some semis can be damaged by the use of heavier bullets.

Unless you are loading hot rounds you will be fine.
