Ah okay thanks, I thought it was an actual stamping and that would have made me jealous.

Since our barrels are longer this groove won't be long enough for our bayonet handles to engage the main bayonet lug on the rifle. With all this being said I'm sure this could be ground off to make it some what usable but we will have to wait and see.

For further evidence of the muzzle channel I'm describing refer to the picture below.

It's a nice bayonet. Well balanced with a nice heft to it. The double fullers are neat. It has more of a combat knife feel to it rather than a mini sword. It would require a great deal of material removal to give it a functional cutting edge.
Early AK bayo for comparison.Name: 20170920_201408_zpseiondjz6.JPG

They've been on Ebay from $32 -$150. Appear to all be same ones.
Do they fit? Nobody's sure yet.

Well, I might as well buy one of these bayonets. It can be made to fit one way or another.

So from what i see,the only thing that would prevent the bayonet to fit is if the factory didnt mill the cut on the bottom of the barrel to allow the little bayo tang to slide in. If that the case, just grinding that tang should solve the problem? I might get a bayo too, they sure look very nice.

Has 81 been shipped out from China? I have been told it hasn't yet.
