Missing Dog!! Help Needed in the Calgary Area!! Missing Dog!!

    Good morning Gunnutz,

We could use a hand for one of our friends,

    HAVE YOU SEEN THIS DOG??
He answers to "Tuna". He was last seen near Bieseker off of RR243 north of HWY 9. He is friendly but likely scared. He wandered away from his guardian yesterday, so he's been on his own over night. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

*** update, last seen Monday night approaching a property on south side of HWY 9 near RR 243. But was skittish and ran away***

If you see this guy please call SHAWN @ 587-830-2269
    Please share.

    Thank you
    Colin D

Have the owner leave a crate with a bed or blankets that smell like home with a bit of food and water near where he was last spotted. Check the crate just after dark and right before first light in the morning. Best of luck recovering the pooch.

I really hope he's got a collar with tags on it.

Must be one of the need to have things. My brother had lost my dog, before he even told me I got a call from the people who found him. Without the tags, would have been very difficult to find us. As his microchip had migrated down his back instead of between shoulder blades.

Also we had a dog come up to our backyard balcony, and couldn't find the owners number as the tags were very very old. We called every combination of numbers to find the owner.

^This. Had a young beagle for the deer hunt last year that took off. Left a jacket in the snow where we last saw him and next morning the hound was curled up on the jacket. Dogs are the best and I hope you find your buddy.

If he has a favorite "squeaky" toy I have had luck before attracting mine back in the evening when it quiets down some buy calling and making noise with his toy, good luck.
