What would I need to do to my m&p 15 sport 2 in order to fit the 300 blackout upper ? Also do I need to call cfo to inform them of the change or it doesn't matter ?

1-Nothing. Just change upper. Even your magazines will be fine. Just make sure you never shoot 300blk through your 223 upper or it'll go kabboom! You'll need a bcg though, or you'll need to switch the one in your S&W upper to your NEA upper.
2-No need to call cfo. The lower is the registered part.

The CCS stock comes with the proprietary bolt carrier but no bolt. I believe the bolt itself is $69

We just posted a ton of NEA AR15 uppers on the website. The 556 and 300 BLK ones don't come with a bolt carrier group but the 7.62x39 ones do.
