    Tenda is a great place, friendly staff super prices bought 5 firearms so far from them with great help and no issues.....IMO

    No I was meaning they haven't even submitted to start the process. Nothing to do with cfo. Everything to do with bad customer service. Done return emails either.

    This being a long weekend, maybe they are extremely busy. A little patience on your part would go a long way.

    Not if it's on sale (like my product was) and I messaged them on the first day of the sale - still no response and the sale is over....moving on....

    Had one problem like that a few months ago buying a restricted. Waited a week, no reference number was given. Called them, they had submitted it same day I ordered but it had gotten stuck somehow during the submittal (they apply for transfers online and was late on a friday when I ordered). So they cancelled, resubmitted, and was approved 6 hours later. More often than not its a technical issue, not customer service. Been my experience anyhow
    Anything with tits, tires or tracks, its gonna cost ya.

    I tried to be a Tenda customer. Emailed them about a gun that was "backorderable", still kinda hoping for a response. Guess we'll see.
