    A little stumble but still kicks it in for the win

    Just wanted to share my first experience with Al Flaherty's

    Placed an order online for some Ruger Mk4 mags
    Order shipped same day, automated emails kept me up to speed with the order and its status/location.
    Received the order on Thursday.....*GASP* they were MK3 mags.

    I called them up (got someone right away) and explained things. (Which included a match I needed them in on Saturday)
    Well within 30min I had notification that the proper mags were getting shipped out to me overnight via UPS and they gave me a return shipping label for the incorrect mags.

    Today I received the mags and shipped the incorrect ones.


    Poo happens, the difference between the Mk3 and Mk4 22/45 mags is slight. I am not concerned about that.
    I am VERY happy with how they handled it.

    Top notch communications, customer service and response.
    Will be shopping there again.

    Yes Al's is excellent to deal with. I always enjoy stopping in at the store to browse and purchase many things

    As much as their store is a bit of a drive for me...and finding a parking spot doesn't always go well..I do really like it there. Nice guys, good selection and very fair pricing. Hard not to leave without making a purchase (I never have actually!) and usually end-up spending more than I planned!

    I ordered a shotgun late last night their time and got the shipping confirmation an hour ago. Can't beat that!

    Been shopping there for almost 30yrs. Yes, their location is a PITA however they do right by their customers.
