Can you guys publish the weight of the guns as is?

Specifically, I'd like to know if the Kodiacs are comptable in weight to the Grizzlies.

Not sure about Kodiak to Grizzly weight ratio. What I can tell you is I find the Kodiak very light and compact.
Kicks like a lil mule with 00 buck too !

I don't know the weights, but grizzlies are heavy ... heavier than 870's, so these will likely be much lighter. grizzlies are built like tanks though ... all steel etc.

I'm very impressed with the new Backpacker 2. It locks up super tight and overall finish is good. Nothing flimsy about it. The trigger guard is the mechanism to break it open. That took a few seconds to figure out. It's stiff but if you keep your hand on stock and wrap index finger around it it pops open easily. It's not chrome lined. I put a few slugs and some 00 buck through it and no problems. It does pack a wallop though. It has a screw in sling swivel on the fore grip which I removed because the recoil made it gouge my hand. It's also notched out on the bottom of grip to allow trigger guard to fit into when folded, reducing folded size.

Just got back from the range testing my new Kodiak. Two misfires in 20 odd rounds. All shots have the pin hitting the primer off center. May have to send it back. Guess I'm not allowed to post a pic.

Sacrificing a small shrubbery has NOT won me the lottery.

Why not? Pic away . It's only a range report IMHO
