Very decent for a hunting round and something that we can use at our indoor ranges that don't like magnetic things (just for testing, of course).

This is a new question for me. I googled and found nothing so I made a call. The sealant is to protect the primer from the weather and from travel damage as far as protecting the bolt I cannot say.
I am not able to find a supplier for this product.

The data sheets are nice, but it would be nice if you could also include velocities, etc too?

2021 - 18 year old boys need a safe space because words hurt their feelings.
2022 - 18 year old boys aren't sure what bathroom to use.

The sealant doesn't protect the bolt. It's there to protect the ammos from humidity if you store it for a long time (we're talking years and decades) or if you're going in the wild. There's no use for it for range ammos, but for military ammos or if you're going for a hunt in a damp place (or even canoeing) then you can apply it around the primer.

You can use any nail polish as sealer. Get the cheapest one you can find (try dollarama, you should find something for a buck or 2). You can get clear nail polish and it'll seal the ammo and be invisible, or you can get different colors to identify your different loads.
