    No, Different dimensions. The cylinder space is too narrow on a standard mk I to fit later models, especially those with the improved cylinder retention screw of the mk III onwards. UNLESS you get the mk I** frame. It will handle the later model upper frame and cylinder because it was factory remade to do so in WW1. But those guns are $3500.

    Minor mod modification is required to put a mk VI barrel and cylinder on a mk II so I assume it wouldn't be any different for a mk I.

    The spare barrels and cylinders we have are from the MKIV .38 S&W, they are not compatible with the larger frame .455 models.

    Do you have any spare extractor levers for the mk4, John? I bought one from you and her extractor lever is pretty worn out

    X2 , when i break her open sometimes she ejects and resets and sometimes she comes about 3/4 of the way and does'nt snap back down.

    Oh she got a good cleaning alright. Something to expect from an 80 year old very well used revolver i suppose. Thank you sir , will be ordering after work.

    No they are not up there as they were selling so quickly.

    We have two MK VI .455 one older refinish and missing one screw at $485.00 and another with original well worn patina for $550.00.

    We have two MK IV .38 S&W one well worn at $275.00 and the other with good finish and a push through safety for $425.00.
