Oh boy... 33 round mag pinned to 10. Looks cool, but pointless buying for the usable physical round count. No bashing here as I am not against buying this. I hope our firearms-friendly parliamentarians can do something about our not so friendly firearms laws. A reasonable restriction is what we, responsible gun owners are hoping to see.

I forget but do you need your pal to buy mags? Derp!

No, as a magazine is not a firearm. But some dealers are playing it safe by checking and logging your PAL. They are not required to do this but only for a reason not to have this item fall into the hands of street thugs. They are not suppose to LOG you PAL # unless you are purchasing a Restricted firearm. if they insist, you can always opt out of the purchase.
