I ordered an inexpensive accessory and Canada Post managed to fumble the shipment. Missorted two days in a row and then returned to sender without even a delivery attempt...
Emailed Wanstall's and got a reply 20 minutes after they opened. They sent out a replacement that day and even refunded my shipping costs despite the situation not being their fault.
If that's how they take care of even small value orders I feel confident spending more money with them!
