We were asked to do something rather unusual recently. A client wanted an 8.5" barrelled 50BMG rifle. A CQB 50 cal to be precise.
Based on a DA50 upper, new but very short barrel and significant modification to the hand guard, this is what turned out.
I have it attached to 1 my own lower for show purposes.
Let me tell you test firing it was truly a "blast"!!

Well there we go folks, thanks to ATRS we can now have a real conversation about "would this gun be good for bear defense".
I survived the gun control scare of 2013 and all I got was this t-shirt.......
And 30 PMags, 5000 rounds of .223, 3000 rounds of 9mm, 5 BCG's, 5 stripped lowers, and a really pissed off wife.

This cannot be considered real without video..... please make a video, also velocity from that barrel needs to be reported before this can be considered for bear defence.
