I figured as much. So the price is actually closer to $650 when in you include the tax on $150 rebate not $629 as the title suggests.

Indeed the title is quite misleading. The eventual price is very close to those of Sports II from S&W.

-But most of all: no front sight on the gas block. That's just personnal, I'd rather just use an optic and BUIS flip sight than have the iron sight permanently on the gas block. I already had the BUIS, so it wouldn't be any cost for me.

I've replaced the handguard of my SW with a triangle MLOK handguard, I'd do the same if I bought the BM. Place the front BUIS near the gas block and you got roughly the same sight radius as an iron sight.

It's not a knock on the SW. I have a SW and like it. I'm just saying if the BM had been available for that price a few months ago when I bought the SW, that's the one I would have bought.
