No I think it's the Walther mags have to be pinned but these were shipped with Colt mags instead which do not require pinning but still work is what my understanding is.

Do these Colt mags fit any 22 cal AR? such as the Chiappa uppers?

IRUNGUNS did exchange the mags in the rifles with Colt M4 20 round mags http://www.irunguns.com/product.colt...d-black-finish so they are not required to be restricted.

They are all the same, only difference is the plastic packaging that you discard after opening.

Not true, ordered two magazines for the same rifle and one was pinned and one wasn’t.
