Possible new store location in Trenton

We’re thinking of opening a tactical gear/tactical guns only location in Trenton with an emphasis on LE supply.

    Any thoughts?

If it's close to the highway I would gladly stop on the way to the range. And like most things, pricing will be the key factor.

Frankford might have cheaper real estate, more permissive zoning, and is still close to the highway and the Trenton area. You would be right on the way for most people to lower Trent Valley as well.

Almost everyone who lives in that direction will probably say yes (who wouldn’t want to go drool on tactical stuff?), and almost everyone who doesn’t will probably say no. If the new business at least pays for the building, it would build that asset for your business (i.e. the McDonalds business model). But, is the headache of managing another store/staff really worth it? Would these be new LE sales by virtue of the new location, or are you/could you be getting that business anyway? Only you know your business/market well enough to calculate if the huge overhead of another brick and mortar location is worth it.

I would prefer in Cornwall or Brookville. Closer to Eastern Canada. SFRC is known here and it is far from us. Anyway Trenton is very good also.

    I forgot.

SFRC could also consider opening an INDOOR pistol range. Using the same design used by Western Metal, that is an out of the box range fully operational and that can be expanded.

I think that range costs 4.2 million US if it’s the same one I think it is.
