BTT means Back To Top. Bump is the same thing. You get to repost the same ad every week so it’s on the first page again.
The post number on the ad will tell you how many times the ad has been BTT’ed or Bumped.

Used as a way for the original poster (OP) to move the advertising post to the top of the forum. By having the forum post on the first page, it is much more likely to be seen by interested consumers.
