What is going on with Ellwood Epps?

Worst customer service I have ever experienced with anything... sent my rifle in for service in January - now August and they have lost (or can't locate) the factory replacement they received two weeks ago.. no one there has a frickin clue.

Sounds like these guys are a bunch of Crooks to be Honest.

I don't know why CGN keeps them on this site.

$250 a month in sponser fees goes a long way in making CGN admin look the other way I guess.
