LARGE 34 - 38 waist These are made with a graduated size system if your jeans are a 38, these will fit over long Johns and jeans comfortably

Just to confirm for everyone, I'm 5' -11.5" and the regular length fit me just fine when I was still enlisted. Really nice and durable coveralls.
