I was trying to make a purchase but took it all the way to the final page (credit card) of checkout and it never changed the amount. It was charging me 13% tax for an out of province purchase. Does this get corrected when you put it through or am I better off calling in?

Nevermind I just seen on your page that you collect HST on all orders. unless they have changed the rules no other business I deal with in Ontario charges me. This is off the CRA page.
When a taxable sale is made in a non-HST participating province, the supplier collects GST.
If you don't charge HST let me know.
