    Thanks for the information. I suggest that you talk to the people answering IRG email enquiries and explain the FRT issue to them: "...There is no waiting for a FRT on this one..."

    The RCMP has an FRT number for it. We are good to go, they are restricted and yes we have a couple sold that will be in for next months export.

    Sorry to drag this thread up, any chance to get the classification reassessed?

    Thought these had proprietary parts that were non AR compatible like the upper and lower receiver?

    Any chance for an appeal?
    Looking for members in Grande Prairie Alberta interested in wilderness skills, survival skills, camping, prepping, shooting, etc.

    Agreed.

    The S&W dedicated .22lr isn't an AR nor is this even though they got classified that way...

    There is the example of the MKA 1919 being changed from restricted to non restricted because it was an "AR" only in appearance...
