Definitely. I would put this against anything vortex makes under $800 any day of the week for not falling apart under recoil.

All would work aside from AR or crossfire rimfire. For the 308, perhaps either of the Trophy XLTs may be a good choice. Both have rebates & are backed by the Bushnell "No Questions Asked - Lifetime Warranty"
