    Serbu Pumps @ Dlask Arms

We bought some of Serbu's 'Super Shorty' pump handles to install on our (The Original !) 'Shorty'. These were kicking around the shop for a bit until a regular customer asked if we could put one on his shotgun. No point doing just one so we did 5 to make a small batch. These just came back from bluing and they look fantastic ! Because we put them on our 'Shorty' which is an 8.5" barrel vs. Serbu's 6" barrel the pump does not cycle when closed. However....when it is in the deployed position it is just awesome !

A few pics of it on one of the shop's 870's :

We only have 1 'Shorty' with this mod in stock and 4 of the 10" version. Cost with the pump but NOT including the Mesa Tactical adapter or Magpul stock is $1k. As pictured WITH the adapter and Magpul gear it will be about $1250. These won't be going onto the website so you will need to call and order in person.

It depends on the model of shotgun we get in. If they came with wood furniture then we remove that and install a Hogue butt. If it came with the black tactical Remington stock from the factory then we just leave that on. If it is important which you receive then just give us a call at the shop and we will try to accomodate which you receive. there are currently 3 new shotguns with the pump handle in stock.

Why won't it cycle folded with the longer barrel?

    Second question,

How hard would it be to make your own grip that will actually cycle when folded?

Perhaps a slightly shorter handle if that's the issue?

It looks like it would hang up on the receiver. Slightly longer would work if so instead of slightly shorter.
