I was experiencing scope clearance issues with the bolt knob on my Remington 783 and was referred to Tactical Ordnance for a new bolt knob install. Casey answered all of my questions over e-mail extremely fast, often within a couple hours of me sending them. He also had my bolt threaded the same day it was received at the shop. I couldn't be happier with his work and wouldn't hesitate to send in more parts to be worked on.
