Just wondering what day/time if any is the best time to go shoot or are they always busy? I was thinking of going after work monday-friday around 630-7, will I normally be waiting mid week to shoot?

You should be fine, but just remember Tuesday and Wednesday nights they have IDPA and IPSC club night in range B from 6-9 so no center fire rifles.
 
Avoid 10:30am-1:30pm. It can get busy with walk-ons. After 2pm it's pretty quiet for a bit. Not sure what it's like in the late afternoon.
