    so , new to the rules here , ... can u have linked 5 rounds , blank round then 5 more live then blank then ...etc etc ... or does it have to be short 5 round links only

    Do you think you could load a 30 rd mag with 5 ball 1 blank repeated until the mag was full? No, not a good idea. Just my opinion for what it is worth.
