I just don't understand what options wanstalls is talking about.. Total refund is the only option. Guys will decide what to do with their money. I remember wanstalls were talking about a store credit should we cancel preorders way before this ugly show took off. Why is that? Take your money and spend it elsewhere

I would have thought as a common courtesy they would have contacted you after they signed a deal with NS and let you know where you stand with the preorders.
