they make M4's and M16's for the US military. along with M249's and others.

I believe FN USA was awarded the us military contact to produce the M16 and M4 for some time now. So you would think they could build a decent AR. Are they comparable to the others you mentioned? I have no first hand knowledge either way.

They're solid; just haven't been widely available up here... As P0WERWAGON says, they make M4s and M249s for the Americans, so...
