The FN 509 already has a very good service pistol trigger, but for those who want a match-grade competition trigger. Apex is now offering their trigger for the 509.
I have the new FN 509 Tactical, and while more expensive than the base model it is a fantastic handgun that stacks up very well against other modern striker-fired handguns. By way of comparison, I also own the Glock 19X, Walther PPQ Navy, SIG P320 X5, Steyr L9A1 and HK SFP9. The 509 Tac compares very favourably in all aspects, from the trigger-pull to the ergos and accuracy. My reliability has also been 100%. You simply cannot go wrong!
