That handguard looks like the one mega arms make
It's very similar, but is based on the Hodge Defense version of the Wedge lock rail. The only difference between FN and Hodge rail is the alloy. FN is using 6061 aluminium, instead of 7075-T6 alloy, used by Hodge defense.
That link is for the first version of FN's "tactical carbine". The post above is about their newer, more modern version.
Yeah I checked the website and noticed the same thing. Maybe I'll give them a call and see what the deal is.
