First, read what cr5 wrote. I'm referring to his post. It's not about a specific type of ammo but about cleaning after shooting of any type of ammo.

Cleaning after shooting non corrosive ammunition isn't required, unless you are cleaning your firearm for some other reason other than "you shot it." Like if it's wet or muddy or is losing accuracy.

There are plenty of people that clean after a day at the range, even if they are only putting just a few dozen or couple of hundred rounds through their firearms. They enjoy themselves, and if a person is the type that follows that routine, then there isn't much need for non corrosive ammo, as it's more expensive.

I don't want to clean guns every day and I don't want rust so I use non corrosive ammo, and pay the premium price.
