Slab Side Colt Model Number ID

    Hey guys,

A couple of slab side AR15 A2 Sporter II's came into the shop yesterday on trade. Sadly no mag, original box or owners manuals.
Can anyone ID the model number of these? 20" barrel, early slabside lowers, A2 Uppers. Both of the lowers are large pivot pins.

Some photos of the first one. Its obviously used, but well cared for. The second one is next to new. Will post up some photos of
the second one shortly. It has the short buttstock which is cool. Makes this pair a father/son set. :-)

We will have these listed for sale shortly.

Paging Rebel Rouser to Nordic Marksman.

He probably has one, but in a super rare Diemaco/trials stamped version.

Ya I saw that when I was taking the photos.
The CS stock is a nice length for these rifles.

I believe the lowers are from 1985-86 somewhere in that area. Those look to be in great condition

That's a fair price on an original Colt .
    Should sell quick
Pre-orders are horrible for everyone involved. They never go smooth. We will not be doing a pre-order to bankroll this project.
