I long while ago I posted about my dissatisfaction with not being able to receive an order due to using default shipping, and your stance on not refunding the cost of shipping. I was pleasantly surprised last week when I received a refund check that did indeed cover the cost of shipping. Thank you for that. I will be placing more orders and will be sure to select a more appropriate courier. I couldn't find the original post to edit it, so I figured this was the next best thing.
