    At-15 mag questions

    Can the base plate be removed? Changed to a ranger plate or similiar?

    I own many! the answer is no! my guess is because of the law.

    I believe they can't be removed.

    Yes the base plate can be removed. Makes it an illegal 20 obviously if you remove the stop(credit card size piece of plastic) but it can most definitely be removed for cleaning and what not. I have a bunch. There's a trick to it but they slide off easily once you figure it.

    To answer second part I have never tried ranger plate on them

    No. Molds we're too expensive and they discontinued. Last i talked with them no plans.

    Not easily. There is no reason to have to remove the base plate. For cleaning hot soapy water works wonders. The springs are stainless so won't rust.
    Ranger plates don't fit.
    We no longer offer these mags and have no intent at this time to have new molds made due to the cost and the governments current stance on mag capacities.
