I thought I'd share a recent customer experience.

Long story short I ordered some stuff including projectiles for reloading. Due to an honest mistake, there were about 30 projectiles missing from the package. I sent an email, got a quick response, everything got sorted out in 48 hrs with the missing pieces mailed with tracking. I was really surprised given the low priority of the issue and the fact it's the Christmas shopping season.

Thank you to everyone at your store for doing an awesome job. I've bough some stuff over the years and it's always been smooth sailing. I'm looking forward to your next sale (boxing day?).
