    I’m in 3 presales right now and have done numerous before, so I’m used to waiting. I rather wait for a quality product, than getting a half baked one.

    Not buying parts before they are out is a bad idea. Because when the flood gates open, there won't be parts anywhere to be found in Canada.

    Other than the barrel, because of the limited number of 18.5" barrels being offered by manufacturers, I don't see this as being a real issue. There is no way that Canada will be sold out of AR parts. That's one of the selling points of the receiver sets is that they use common, readily available parts.

    Having said that, if there are specific, small batch parts from a particular manufacturer that you want to incorporate into you build, then yes, you may have trouble with parts
