We can make supply almost any barrel if there is demand, even blanks

Seems that need for 18.6 barrel will be with carbine gas port, afaik nobody really makes the long barrel with carbine port location... With number of wk180 pouring out, could be a decent chance to have early start compared to others.

+1 to this. If you could make a pencil-profile barrel that fits the WK-180C, it would be perfect. Effectively, I would like to have:

    - a pencil profile to make it as light as possible (30 oz or less would be amazing)
    - .750 gas block journal to fit the WK-180's piston assembly
    - 18.6"
    - carbine-length gas port.
    - threaded for 1/2 x 28.

With the dry weight of the WK-180 being something like 8 pounds, I'm sure many people (at least me) are going to try to make it as light as possible by changing out the barrel, handguard, and other potential components. Those are the biggest weighty pieces anyway that we CAN change.

    Well that's a bummer.

Related - how about some Norinco 20" barrels in 1/9? Or even complete rifles with 1/9?

    Norinco are not price competitive.
