Looking to build an accurate 300 m rifle

Thank you guys for the warm welcome. I am most interested in a bolt action rifle for target shooting, however it will see the occasional hunting outing. I will redirect a more specific post to the Firearms and Optics/Hunting & Sporting Arms as suggested. I am excited to hear everyone's opinions on CGN.

300 m rifle? Easy, an AR15 :D

Nicer is subjective. I started shoting mosins. So a weatherby bolt action was my "nice " rifle.

The scope, rings and rail are were you should spend the most cash!
