Restricted transfers from the last week

The cabelas Clerk told me that since the not obligated to have a range membership in Ontario for restricteds went to court and was tossed out or lost or whatever , the cfo decided to make things miserable with wait times .

This is what I was told Tuesday , could just be a bunch of bs but it cAn also be true

My question is for an Ontario transfer do they still ask if you belong to a range and if you give it, will it speed up the process (doubt it).

Yes they still ask.... and you will still wait a miserable, nail-biting length of time....
